The durations depends on yourself. The estimated time for your experience is between 30 and 60 minutes.

You can come to Doloris’ Meta Maze together but you enter the Meta Maze separately. You explore the maze on your own. It is possible that you come across each other when you are inside.

Doloris’ Meta Maze is not suitable for pregnant women, people with a (physical) disability, who have an anxiety disorder, are claustrophobics or suffer from fear of small, dark spaces, when you are sensitive to an epileptic seizure or when you are younger than 12 years old.

Yes, you have to be blindfolded. This is part of the experience. Everyone who visits Doloris’ Meta Maze will be blindfolded. Once you enter the Maze, your blindfold will be taken off and your journey will start.

Upon arrival at the venue, all phones and (smart)watches will be secured in Yondr cases that will be opened at the end of the experience. Guests maintain possession of their phones at all times, but can’t access them inside of the maze. Personal belongings like bags, coats and accessories can’t be taken with you into the experience. These items can be stored in a rented locker (min. €1 – max. €3). Big backpacks and laptop bags (15″ and above) don’t fit in the lockers. Please leave these bags at home or your stay.

Open tickets can be canceled until 14 days after purchase.

Tickets on timeslot are directly booked on a time. The spots are being reserved for you personally and other people can’t book on the exact same spots.

Tickets on timeslot can not be canceled after purchase. It is possible to change your date and time at a maximum of 48 hours (2 days) prior to your visit. Please e-mail or call us if you want to re-arrange.

When your visit is less than 48 hours away, you can’t change your booking anymore. If you can’t make it, unfortunately, your tickets will expire.
